What time do the shows start, and the doors open?

LIVE MUSIC / LIVE COMEDY
• 8pm Showtime (7pm Doors Open)

• 7pm Showtime (6pm Doors Open)

How can I buy tickets?

TICKET BOOTH
• Tickets are available CASH only at the door 1 hour prior to showtime.
ONLINE
• Advanced tickets can be purchased on our website.
PAYMENT TERMS
• Online ticket purchases are available at WILL-CALL at ticket booth same day as show.
• The NAME used to order online will be on a list at the front door.
• Wristbands may be provided in lieu of actual tickets for LIVE MUSIC or SPECIAL EVENTS.
• Providing email payment confirmation at the door is recommended.
• We do not sell tickets over the phone.
• All sales are FINAL and may NOT BE REFUNDED, or EXCHANGED for another show.

What is your age policy?

LIVE MUSIC / LIVE COMEDY
• ALL AGES – All live music performances, unless stated otherwise; 3 to 17 admitted with a parent or guardian.
• 18 & UP – No one under 18 admitted. A valid ID will be required for entry at the door.
• 21 & UP – No one under 21 admitted. A valid ID will be required for entry at the door.

MOVIES
•[G] [PG] – 18 and up; Children 3 to 17 admitted with a parent or guardian.
• [PG=-13] – 18 and up; Children 6 to 17 admitted with a parent or guardian.
• [R]- 18 and up; No one 17 and under admitted.
  Families with loud children will be asked to leave.

What is your seating policy?

LIVE MUSIC / LIVE COMEDY
• GA – General Admittance is the floor level, and you are guaranteed a seat.
• MZ – Mezzanine is a reserved section where you are guaranteed a seat.
• SR – Standing Room Only is sold at the door and only after all seating has sold out.
  There are no assigned seats. It is recommended to arrive early to find your preferred location.
  We have a large area in front of the stage for dancing and/or standing room.

MOVIES
• GA – Adult Ticket
• GC – Child Ticket (Age 12 and under)
  There are no assigned seats. It is recommended to arrive early to find your preferred location.
  Both floor and mezzanine seats are available for movies.

Do you accept Credit or Debit cards?

• The Globe Theatre is a CASH only venue. ATMs are available nearby.
• Advanced tickets can be purchased on our website.

Do you sell Food and Drinks?

We offer the following concessions in the Lobby:
• Popcorn, Pickles, Peanuts, Candy, Snacks, Soft Drinks, Juice Boxes, and Bottled Water
• Food Truck available at theatre on select shows for dining outside or inside.

Do you sell Alcoholic Beverages?

YES*.
• Select Wines and Beer are available in the Lobby for all events.
• We do not sell mixed drinks or setups.
  *Sold & Served to Ages 21 and over.

Are you ADA compliant?

• The Lobby, Floor Seating, and Restrooms are all accessable to those with disabilities.
• Both Men’s and Women’s Restrooms are ADA compliant.
• We will be more than willing to assist anyone with special needs.

Do you have a Lost and Found?

YES
• Items are often found during cleaning or by other guests. All items found are kepted until claimed.
